Spicy Lamb chops
Ingredients
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp chilli pdr
150 ml Corn Oil
3 tbsp curd
1 tsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
10 number lamb chops
15 ml Lemon Juice
1 pinch maida
to taste Salt
2 tbsp vinegar
Directions
For Lamb chops first need to marinate them.
Take a bowl add curd,red chilli powder,pepper,salt,vinegar,sugar,coriander powder,coriander leaves,lime,flour and mix well.
Now add this mixture to lamb chops and mix well.
Take a non stick pan add oil to it then add the marinated chops into the pan evenly and cook for 5 min and turn over and close with a lid cook in very low flame for at leat 20 -30 min keep turning in between.
Cook till they become tender and golden brown color.
