Chicken Macaroni Soup

A healthy and nutritious bowl of steaming goodness!  Thats what this is. A must try, especially during the rigid winters. A soul warming soup :)

Chicken Macaroni Soup

1/4 kg Chicken, washed and cleaned
8 cloves of Garlic
1 onion chopped
1 cup elbow - shaped macaroni
1 tablespoon butter
Leaves of spring onion
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Salt

Create Chicken Stock. In 2 cups of water, add 4 cloves of garlic,1 medium chopped onion and salt. Reserve this.


Melt butter in a saucepan and add the remaining finely chopped garlic. When it sweats, add the chicken stock along with the shredded chicken. Add macaroni and cook. When it's done, garnish with chopped spring onion greens and pepper. Serve warm.
