Chicken Cheese Kebabs


This tried and tested recipe will never fail you. Enjoy your evenings or meal times with these mouthwatering kebabs, loaded with chicken and cheesy goodness! Perfect for your family's lunchboxes too.

Ingredients
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Green Chillies 6-7
Onion- 4 medium sized, chopped
Cream Cheese - 2 heaped tablespoons
All-purpose flour- 2 tablespoons
Garam masala powder- 1/2 tspn
Egg- 1, beaten
Oil- 2 tblspn

Boil chicken in 2 cups of water, adding salt and garlic-ginger paste. Cook until there's no water left. Cool and shred the chicken in your chopper.

In a vessel, heat oil and add onions along with green chillies. When it turns pink, make a hollow space in the middle of the vessel with a spoon and lower the flame. Add all-purpose flour and stir to mix with the onion. Immediately add garam masala, and cheese spread. Switch the flame off.
                                           
Cool this mixture and form shapes just how you like. You can refrigerate them for later use at this stage. Before shallow frying, dip the kebabs into the beaten egg. Serve hot with ketchup.
