Ingredients
500gm Cashew Nuts, ground to fine powder
250gm Sugar
200ml Water
Few strands of Saffron
In a non-stick wok, prepare sugar syrup. Add cashewnut powder into the syrup. Then add saffron. Cook till all ingredients are well combined, on low flame. Once it takes on a dough like consistency, switch flame off.
Now remove on a greased board and roll out. Let it cool a bit then cut into diamond shapes. Cool completely then serve.
